Joshua Ushkurnis

Lab assistant Joshua Ushkurnis is critical in making sure scientists have the equipment and materials needed for success. He received his bachelor’s in public health and health science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, before working as a nursing assistant in a long-term care facility and as a senior community support specialist with North Suffolk Mental Health Association. Now, he’s excited to explore the biotechnology industry through IPI. Ushkurnis grew up in Boston — loving pasta, watching Food Network and visiting family in Italy every summer.
