Kathy Chen

Kathy Chen is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in financial roles. Currently serving as an Accountant at the Institute for Protein Innovation since April 2019, Kathy has previously held positions as a Staff Accountant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and HealthDrive Corporation. Early career experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Vermont Department of Anthropology, where responsibilities included proofreading and editing interviews in Mandarin Chinese. Additional roles at the University of Vermont included tutoring in Mandarin Chinese, Math, and Business courses, as well as serving as a Gallery Proctor and Exam Proctor. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 2013, where an internship with ICCGAME provided foundational accounting experience.
