Yael Lokiec

Yael Lokiec is the Leadership R&D Team Lead at the Institute for Quality Leadership, with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership programs. Yael has a background in coaching and tutoring disabled children, as well as research work addressing embodiment and self-regulation topics. With a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education, Yael brings a strong academic background to their role.
