Amin Maleki

Amin Maleki is a skilled professional in the field of physics and engineering, currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences, with a focus on image sensors and graphene FETs. Amin has extensive experience in nanoelectronics, particularly in working with topological insulators. In addition to contributing to the semiconductor industry as a Data Analyst with a strong grounding in solid-state physics and experience in process management, Amin is also involved in algorithm software development within a multicultural agile environment. Past roles include positions at Shahid Beheshti University as a Scientific Researcher and at Kent State University, where research focused on the photovoltaic effect in metallic systems. Amin holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Università degli Studi Roma Tre and has served as a lecturer and teacher in various universities and private settings.
