Dave Willner

Dave Willner currently serves as a Non-Resident Fellow at Stanford University and holds multiple advisory roles, including Safety Advisor at Anthropic and member of various advisory councils related to trust and safety, AI governance, and election integrity. Previously, Willner was a Policy Advisor and Head of Trust & Safety at OpenAI, building a comprehensive team and managing policy enforcement. Willner also has experience as Head of Trust & Safety at Otter and as Director of Community Policy at Airbnb, where contributions included developing community standards and leading policy enforcement efforts. Willner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Bowdoin College.
