Chris Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, policy development, and anti-human trafficking work. Currently serving as Director of Research and Policy at the Institute for Shelter Care since June 2022, Chris has previously held significant roles including Investigative Associate at International Justice Mission and Alabama Anti-Human Trafficking Alliance Coordinator at the Alabama Office of the Attorney General. Chris has also contributed as Chief Operations Officer at End Slavery Tennessee and Vice President of Justice and Restoration at Saving Innocence, focusing on organizational capacity and sustainability.
