Aileen Bai Yang

Aileen Bai Yang is an Investment Banking Analyst at Vermilion Rock Advisors since September 2024, with additional experience as a Summer Analyst at First Wilshire Securities Management, Inc. and as a Microeconomics Senior Facilitator at Northwestern Academic Support and Learning Advancement. Aileen has also served in various roles including Consultant for the Student Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations at Northwestern University, Grata Scholar, and member of the Minority Business Association. Aileen is actively involved in the Scholars of Finance and Girls Who Invest programs, as well as being a member of Women In Business at Northwestern University. Aileen's internship at Vectr Ventures involved conducting research on recent fund launches and identifying promising startups from pitch decks. Aileen currently studies Economics and Astrophysics at Northwestern University, expected to graduate in June 2026, after completing a high school diploma at Island School.
