Kendra Norrell is a seasoned professional in program management and community outreach, currently serving as Senior Program Officer at the Institute for Sustainable Communities since August 2021. In this role, Kendra leads various initiatives including the Partnership for Resilient Communities and provides comprehensive partner management, event design, and communication strategies. Previously, Kendra held roles such as Community Outreach Coordinator for the City of Richmond, where equitable planning and climate action engagement were key focuses, and Alternative Transportation Coordinator at Virginia Commonwealth University, where Kendra developed programs to promote sustainable commuting.
