Comprising specialists such as podiatrists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and social health coordinators, the team works collaboratively to address physical, mental, and social health needs. Their goal is to provide culturally appropriate care that empowers Indigenous communities to achieve better health outcomes and promote overall well-being.
