Peter Hickey

Peter Hickey is the President of the Institute of Advisors, an organization that conducts certification courses in nine countries worldwide, a position held since July 2009. Prior to this role, Peter served as the CEO of MAUS Business Systems from 1990 to June 2021, where leadership focused on SaaS-based cloud software for business advisors and owners. Earlier in his career, Peter worked as a Product Manager at Elastomer Technologies, managing marketing for the sports product range from January 1988 to January 1990. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from UNSW, completed between 1981 and 1984, and has also obtained the CPBA Certified Professional Business Advisor designation from the Institute of Business Advisors in January 2016.
