Phoebe Hindi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of education. PHOEBE has held various roles in different companies and institutes. Their most recent position was as Vice Principal Academics at the Institute of Applied Technology, where they focused on setting higher expectations for faculty members and students, leading to improvements in teaching and learning. Prior to that, they were a Curriculum Developer Specialist & Assessment Writer at the same institute, where they revamped the English curriculum and implemented innovative teaching strategies. PHOEBE also has experience as a Teacher and Head of the Student Academic Mentoring Program, Curriculum Coordinator and Instructional Designer, MYP Coordinator & English Teacher, Academic Director, and International Educator in different institutes in the Middle East region.

Phoebe Hindi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Jordan University of Science and Technology from 1997 to 2002. PHOEBE then pursued a Master's in Education specializing in Education and TESOL at the British University in Dubai, in association with Birmingham University UK, from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Cambridge University, Abu Dhabi.

The institute’s five campuses are located in the United Arab Emirates at Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaima and Al Fujairah; with its directorate located in Dubai.
