Tim Hotze

Tim Hotze is currently an advisor at the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning. Tim previously worked at Amazon as the Director of North American Supply Chain Management from August 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the end-to-end activities of Amazon's North American Supply Chain Management, Capacity Management and Labor Planning activities, including forward and reverse logistics and transfer network management activities, Fulfillment Center requirements, cube and build management, labor planning.

Before joining Amazon, Tim was the Board Officer - Secretary & Treasurer at the Warehouse Education Research Council.

Tim Hotze has an MBA in International Management from University Veszprem and an MSc in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Eindhoven University of Technology. Tim also has a MBA/MSc in SCM, Logistics, Electrical Engineering, and Information and Communication Technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
