James Yeo

James Yeo is a seasoned tax manager with extensive experience in international tax and transfer pricing. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at Sea Limited since March 2021, James has played a vital role in supporting the company's core businesses of digital entertainment, e-commerce, and financial services. In addition to this role, James is a trainer at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and previously contributed as a trainer for the Executive Tax Programme at the Tax Academy of Singapore. Prior experience includes a managerial position at WTS Taxise Asia LLC, where expertise in international tax and trade law was developed, along with significant roles at EY, focusing on financial services transfer pricing in the UK and Australia. James holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University and has also studied at Seoul National University.
