Katrina Foster

Katrina Foster currently serves as the Director of Development at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston since January 2021. Prior to this role, Katrina held various positions at Boston Ballet, including Director of Development and Director of Individual Giving, from November 2015 to January 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Stewardship Director and Director of Donor Relations and Individual Giving at the Unitarian Universalist Association between June 2010 and November 2015. Earlier roles at the Unitarian Universalist Association from 2007 to 2010 included Campaign Specialist in Stewardship and Development, as well as Assistant to the Vice President for Stewardship and Development. Additionally, Katrina worked as Field Director for the Governor John Lynch Re-Election Campaign in 2006 and as Deputy Director for Citizen Services in the Office of Governor John Lynch from 2005 to 2006. Katrina Foster holds a BA in Political Science from McGill University (2001-2004) and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Boston University (2012-2013).
