Anelisa Keke is an experienced professional with a strong focus on sustainability and corporate governance in South Africa. As a Board Member of the Green Building Council South Africa since February 2022, Anelisa promotes sustainable practices within the built environment. Anelisa also actively participates in the Institute of Directors South Africa's REMCO Forum to develop remuneration guidance for directors. Previously serving as Chief Sustainability Officer at Redefine Properties from March 2022 to March 2024, Anelisa set and implemented comprehensive sustainability strategies across the organization. Anelisa's earlier roles at Redefine Properties and PwC South Africa involved establishing ESG departments, coordinating sustainability reporting, and providing expert advisory services on tax and remuneration structures. Anelisa holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Commerce in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town.
