Khotso Evaristus Masheane

Khotso Evaristus Masheane serves as the Chief Executive of Senqu HR Solutions since June 2021 and holds the position of Board Secretary for the US Government Exchange Programs Alumni Association at the US Embassy in Maseru since November 2023. Additionally, Khotso is a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Human Resources & Administration Committee at the Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Human Capital Governance Sub Committee at Black Diamond Security Services, and the Chairman of the National Society Development/Organizational Development Sub Committee at Lesotho Red Cross Society. Involved in several initiatives, Khotso co-founded Opportunities for Basotho, an online platform facilitating access to opportunities for young Basotho. Khotso's educational background includes credentials from the National University of Lesotho, the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, and Howard University, along with qualifications in accounting from ACCA and UNISA. Khotso also participates as a Fellow of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and is an Ambassador for One Young World.
