Tshidzani Tshivhase, MMFI, currently holds the position of Youth Council Finance Director and Senior Specialist in Base Development at Vodacom, focusing on strategic portfolio management and revenue generation in the Prepaid environment. As the Founder and Managing Director of Roanda Consulting, Tshivhase assists postgraduate students in refining their research proposals and dissertations. Prior experience includes roles at FNB South Africa as Growth Planning & Analytics Manager, where management of Demand Planners and the execution of sales growth reporting were key responsibilities, and as a Demand Planner, where collaboration improvement processes were implemented. Notably, Tshivhase was also a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, specializing in operating model design for the real estate division. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management in Finance and Investments from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
