Alex joined IEEFA in April 2022 as an Editor and Communications Specialist (Asia). He supports the Asia-based research and communications team to help create impact and accelerate the global energy transition to a zero-emissions future.
Alex focuses on developing platform-specific content around new findings by energy finance analysts to influence decision-making and highlight key issues and solutions to Asia’s energy transition.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alex’s media and PR experiences range from business and finance to science and technology, most recently as an associate editor of Nature Research Custom Media based in Shanghai.
A fine arts major and avid traveler, he also enjoys exploring the beauty and wonder of data science, biomimicry, yoga, snowboarding, and how the world of finance and science can collaborate on SDG-oriented innovations for future generations.
