Frank has a deep understanding of government, politics, and economics and has used this knowledge to produce investigative, impact-oriented material for various media outlets. Frank is also the author of Health is Everything (USC Annenberg, 2012) and Bloomberg Guide to the Census (Wiley, 2013).
Frank Bass received their BA in Journalism from Texas Tech University, with a focus in Spanish and Engineering.
