Julie Gasper has over fifteen years of experience in operations and management. Julie is currently the Operations Manager Australia & South Asia at the Institute of Energy Economics and Financial Analysis. Prior to this, they were the Office Manager at Planned Cover, where they were responsible for operational management of the NSW branch. Before that, Julie was a small business owner, successfully operating a specialty bakeshop called A Dash of Delicious. Julie has also worked as an administrative assistant and environmental risk analyst. Julie is highly skilled in recipe development, marketing, customer service, supplier management, inventory and stock control, health and safety, quality control, and accounting.

Additionally, they have a BR30011-15 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certification from ANZIIF and an ASIC RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance Certification from Goldseal Campus Online. Finally, they have a Master Baker Certificate in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Fox Valley Technical College.
