Phyllis Boulton

Phyllis Boulton is Payroll and AP/AR Administrator. She is a member of IEEFA’s finance team focusing on the complexities of multi-state payroll and accounts payable and receivable for IEEFA’s international funders and vendors. She ensures timely processing and accurate recordkeeping while prioritizing compliance with laws and standards.

With over 20 years of experience as an accounting professional, she has fulfilled a variety of roles for small businesses and the non-profit sector. Areas of expertise include payroll, taxes, AR/AP oversight, and restricted fund management. Phyllis is an active problem solver who is adept at developing and maintaining efficient processes.

Phyllis holds an Associate of Applied Business – Accounting and Bookkeeper 1 and 2 Certifications from Lorain County Community College.
