Greta Scharnweber is an accomplished professional in international education and Middle Eastern studies, currently serving as the Director of the Fulbright Visiting Scholars Program at the Institute of International Education since April 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director at New York University's Hagop Kevorkian Center for Near Eastern Studies from October 2008 to April 2018, Outreach Director at Yale University's Council on Middle East Studies/MacMillan Center from June 2004 to September 2008, and Program Associate at the Ford Foundation's Education, Sexuality, Religion Unit from September 2002 to June 2004.
