Patrick Tay Teck Guan

Patrick Tay Teck Guan is an influential figure in Singapore's labour movement, currently serving as the Assistant Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) since April 2002. In addition to this role, Patrick holds various directorships related to strategy, legal affairs, and future jobs and training at NTUC. Patrick is also an Advocate & Solicitor with the Supreme Court of Singapore and has been an elected Member of Parliament for multiple constituencies since May 2011. Patrick's leadership extends to several boards, including serving as Chairman of the Board for the Singapore Institute of Management's People Development Fund and the Institute of Mental Health.
