Dea Holman

Dea Holman, CPLP, has extensive experience in learning and development within the nuclear power sector and corporate training. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the Learning Development at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations since April 2010, Dea is responsible for various initiatives including eLearning and client services. Previous roles include Operations Manager at ExecuTrain, where responsibilities encompassed business development and training management, as well as Learning Consultant at AXA Equitable, focusing on software training. Additionally, Dea has experience as an Independent Consultant and in training management at ExecuTrain. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Penn State University and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University.
