Keith Bergen

Keith Bergen is a seasoned professional with a robust background in the nuclear power industry and extensive experience in customer support and IT management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for NANTeL at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations since January 2018, Keith has progressed from Program Manager to this senior role. Prior to this, Keith worked as a NANTeL Support Analyst at MATRIX Resources, providing support for various learning management systems and leveraging technology for the nuclear community. With roots in customer support as an Advanced Customer Support Engineer at Saba and experience as a Computer Consultant at Barnacles Restaurants, Keith has also held significant roles at Reed Construction Data, including Operations Manager and Project Manager. Early career experiences at Southam Inc and Thomson Newspapers involved the installation and support of complex computer systems, showcasing Keith's technical proficiency and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Holding a degree in Computer Science from Sheridan College, Keith's educational background complements over three decades of professional expertise in technology and operations.
