Ryan Ringenberg

Ryan Ringenberg is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in employee development and operations training. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Employee Development at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Ryan is responsible for establishing training standards and developing high-quality training solutions. Previous roles include Operations Training Manager at Constellation and Maintenance and Technical Training Manager at Exelon Nuclear, where Ryan managed training programs across multiple disciplines. Ryan's early career in the US Navy involved various training and operational roles, enhancing skills in instructional design and training program management. Ryan holds an MBA and a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University.
