Nikki Thomason has over 30 years of experience in operations and social media writing. Currently serving as the Operations Coordinator at the Institute of Reading Development since April 1993, Nikki manages various operational aspects of the organization. In addition, Nikki has been self-employed as a Social Media Writer in the health field since November 2012, contributing expertise in crafting engaging content for digital platforms.

Since 1970, the Institute of Reading Development has been dedicated to one thing: making reading a central, vital part of life for children and adults. We offer programs that give students of all ages the skills they need to immerse themselves in great books and develop a lifelong love of reading. In partnership with over 100 colleges, universitiesand other educational organizations nationwide, we’ve taught valuable reading skills to nearly three million students.
