Daniela Eramo has extensive experience in customer support and help desk management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Help Desk Manager at the Institution for Savings since March 2012. Prior roles include Help Desk Manager and Help Desk Technician at the same institution, as well as a Helpdesk Technician at People's United Bank, formerly Danversbank, from September 2007 to October 2011. Daniela began their career at Beverly National Bank, where responsibilities included Teller and Senior Customer Service Representative from July 1999 to September 2007. Daniela is also pursuing further education at North Shore Community College, having completed high school at Beverly High School from 1996 to 2000.
