Allan C. currently serves as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer and Systems Administrator at Institutional Cash Distributors since July 2023. In addition, Allan is an Information Technology Specialist with the United States Army Reserve since February 2022, providing technical support and maintaining computer systems. Previous experience includes a role as a Technical Specialist II at Code Red Audits, LLC, where Allan focused on security system technologies, and as an Automotive Technician with the US Army, overseeing personnel and maintaining equipment. Allan has also worked as an End User Platform Technician at Essentia Health, offering support for systems and hardware, and has experience as an Information System Intern. Allan began a career in IT support while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems & Technology at Minnesota State University Moorhead, complemented by a cybersecurity certification from Divergence Academy.
