Bill Hoppe

Bill Hoppe has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Bill started their career at Citicorp Investment Bank as a Bond Broker, where they worked closely with institutional investors to optimize portfolio returns. In 1988, they joined Invesco and held multiple roles, including Executive Vice President and Director, and later as a Managing Director. At Invesco, they focused on investment management and played a key role in portfolio optimization. After leaving Invesco in 2011, Bill joined Arrowhead Financial Consultants/Houston Wealth Strategies as a Managing Director, specializing in investment management for Treasury professionals. Bill then joined BNY Mellon as a Managing Director, before moving on to Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) where they currently hold the position of Vice President. At ICD, they are responsible for business development in the South and West region of the United States, working closely with clients to understand and transact their liquidity positions. Bill also served on the St. Thomas High School Foundation Board for seven years, including three years as the President, overseeing the foundation's investment portfolio.

Bill Hoppe attended Sam Houston State University from 1975 to 1979. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a focus on management, economics, and finance.
