Zdenka Zaniat is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in client services and operations management. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Institutional Investor since February 2021, Zdenka previously held various roles at Salesforce, where event organization was a key focus during the transition to virtual formats amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes significant tenures at The Bulgari Hotel & Residences in London, where responsibilities ranged from F&B Administration Assistant to F&B Reservations Manager, contributing to the hotel's successful opening and operational efficiency.
