David Garza

David Garza serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Lead Graphic Designer at Institutional Property Advisors, a Marcus & Millichap company, since March 2012. As the first member of the creative team, David has played a pivotal role in evolving the IPA Texas brand, enhancing brand awareness through strategic visual content, and collaborating with other design teams for brand unity. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Graphic Artist at Garden Marketing Group, where David developed print and promotional materials for major retailers, and as a Graphic Designer at Star Community Newspapers, focusing on ad layouts and web content. David's military background includes serving as Petty Officer Third Class in the US Navy, where leadership and execution of critical operations were demonstrated. David holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Dallas.
