Drew Garza

Drew Garza is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) since November 2017. Previously, Drew held several positions at IPA, including First Vice President, Director, and Vice President of Investments, beginning as an Associate. Prior to joining IPA, Drew was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap from June 2016 to November 2021. With a solid educational foundation, Drew earned a degree in Real Estate Finance & Development with a minor in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, following studies at The University of Texas at El Paso.
