Lance Phillips has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Business Operations Manager at Institutional Property Advisors since July 2014, after progressing through roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Institutional Property Advisors, Lance worked as an Investment Sales Broker Assistant at Marcus & Millichap for a brief period in 2014. Previous experience includes roles at MedSynergies as a Service Desk Specialist I, and EXCO Resources, Inc., where positions included Inventory Technician and Information Technology Intern. Early career experiences include being a Morning Show Personality at KNTU Radio and a Summer Intern at MDM Medical Billing. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, completed in 2014.
