Becca Faust

Becca Faust joined IVP in August 2019. She focuses on identifying and evaluating later-stage investments across the technology industry, including enterprise software, Internet and digital media, and mobile.

Becca is actively involved with IVP portfolio companies Datadog (DDOG), Eightfold, Giphy, Glossier, IEX, Sauce Labs, Thrive Global, and Whip Networks.

Prior to joining IVP, Becca worked for Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications investment banking group. At Goldman Sachs, Becca helped to advise a number of clients on both equity financings and M&A transactions, including Twilio’s convertible debt issuance, follow-on equity offering, and acquisition of SendGrid, Dassault Systèmes’ acquisition of IQMS, and the sale of TSheets to Intuit.

Becca holds a B.A. from Yale University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with distinction in History.
