Roxie Rum is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and account management, currently serving as a Talent Partner - GTM at IVP. Previously, Roxie held multiple roles at Rich Talent Group, including Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at WeWork and as a Program Manager for the Customer Advisory Board at Box, along with roles as a Technical Account Manager in Premier Services and an Account Manager at DoubleDutch. Roxie began a career in sales as a Sales Development Representative. Roxie earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business and the University of Washington between 2009 and 2013.
