Zack Grimmer

Zack Grimmer is a seasoned Talent Partner currently with IVP, which focuses on transforming breakout companies into market leaders. Previously, Zack served as the Head of Talent at Foundation Capital, where resources and networks were provided to founders of early-stage ventures. At Slack, Zack was instrumental as a Lead Executive Recruiter and a founding member of the Executive Search team, overseeing high-level recruitment across various departments. Before that, Zack held key roles at Quid as Head of Talent and at Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant. Early career experience includes positions at DGA Careers, where operations were established in western Canada. Zack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from The University of British Columbia and a High School Diploma from Cairo American College.
