Ozires Oliveira has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Gerente de Operações at Instituto das Cidades Inteligentes since October 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing continuous services and coordinating the Strategic Planning 2030 initiative. Ozires has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Attendant, Supervisor, Information Agent, Call Center Coordinator, and Head of Social Action and Responsibility.
