Sergio Boroski

Sergio Boroski is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Gestor do Catálogo de Serviços de TI at ICI - Instituto Curitiba de Informática since September 2012. Responsibilities include the configuration and maintenance of the Automatos Service Management tool, managing IT services, user groups, SLAs, OLAs, and service workflows, as well as developing SQL reports and documenting service processes.
