Gonzalo Ortiz Lorenzo

Gonzalo Ortiz Lorenzo currently serves as the Director de Operaciones at Aquaterra Servicios Infraestructuras S.L. since October 2023. From 2015, Gonzalo has been part of the Comité de Inversiones de Fond- ICO Sostenibilidad e Infraestructuras at INSTITUTO DE CREDITO OFICIAL, and has held the position of Spanish Council Member at IPFA since 2017. Previously, Gonzalo was the Director Técnico y Desarrollo at SEITT from April 2012 to April 2023, contributing to the public enterprise focused on terrestrial transport infrastructure under the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda. Gonzalo's extensive career also includes multiple leadership roles at SACYR, including Director Financiero y Desarrollo Corporativo and Director General of Itinere Chile S.A., as well as positions at Ferrovial as Jefe de Obra and Jefe de Producción for the autopista Radial 4. Educational qualifications include an executive program in strategic management and public-private collaboration from Esade and a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures from Universidad de Cantabria, complemented by studies at the University of Exeter.
