José Manuel Pacho

José Manuel holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Master's in IT Technology and Systems Management from UPM; he is recognized by ISACA as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is a Career Civil Servant in IT Systems and Technologies in the Central Government.

He has developed an extensive professional career both in private companies and in Government. Involved mainly in the fields of digital business, transformation processes, economic management, public procurement, and management of human teams.
