Rodrigo Paolilo

Rodrigo Paolilo is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in innovation, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Grupo Rede Mais since June 2014, where Rodrigo focuses on open innovation, startup acceleration, and mentoring. As President of Instituto Inova Mais, Rodrigo facilitates entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives in Brazil. Additionally, Rodrigo holds board member positions at Ekoa Educação and Salvar, where responsibilities include business strategy and partnerships. Past roles include Founder and Board Member at Exper, Principal of the Innovation and Technology Chamber at Fecomércio-BA, and Local Leader for the Founder Institute in Northeast Brazil. Rodrigo also contributed to academia as a Business Education Teacher at Universidade Federal da Bahia and has a rich educational background with a Master's degree in Social and Local Development and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
