Dafini Boldrini

Dafini Boldrini is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Supervisor at Hospital Pequeno Principe since March 2019 and as a Junior Lawyer for New Projects at Instituto Nacional de Proteção de Dados since March 2021. Dafini is actively involved in the Commission of Innovation and Management of OAB/PR, coordinating the Permanent Discussion Group on Digital Law and Health, focusing on the normative support related to digital law in healthcare, including telemedicine and LGPD. Additionally, Dafini is a member of the Compliance Women Committee, promoting women's empowerment and integrity in the corporate environment since June 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Compliance Intern at Eticca Compliance, a Legal Intern at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, and a Legal Intern at Nasser de Melo Advogados Associados.
