Raíssa Moura Ferreira

Raíssa Moura Ferreira serves as the Global Data Protection Officer and Head of Digital Affairs at Nubank since November 2021. Simultaneously, Raíssa is a member of the Instituto Nacional de Proteção de Dados (INPD) and co-founded Complete Privacy, an initiative focused on providing practical guidance in the field of data privacy and protection. Prior to these roles, Raíssa held several legal positions at Incognia, including Head of Legal & Privacy and Data Protection Officer, from July 2017 to November 2021. Raíssa also has experience as an administrator partner at Moraes, Belo & Moura Advogados & Consultores and has worked in legal capacities at QSM Consultoria and the Defensoria Pública da União. Educational qualifications include degrees from Insper, Ibmec, and Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, covering legal department management, corporate law, and a Bachelor of Laws.
