Carla Oliveira is an experienced professional in the field of Telecommunications and Information Systems. Carla currently holds a position as IoT & Smart Cities Delivery Leader at Kyntech Services, and also works as an Invited Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre. With a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Carla has a strong background in research and academia, having worked on EU funded projects and lectured at various institutions.
