Mariana Aguirre has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, where an online store focuses on organic products for body and environmental care. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and University Instructor from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
