Valeria Villar is an experienced professional in the food safety and quality management sectors, currently serving as Directora at SEHR Consultores since March 2017. Villar has been with the Instituto Uruguayo de Normas Técnicas (UNIT) since 2008, holding multiple positions including Coordinadora Programa de Inocuidad Alimentaria and Auditora Responsable for various food safety management systems.
