Instondo is actief op verschillende terreinen: bijvoorbeeld in het HO met het vakblad TH&MA en het Nieuwsbulletin Hoger Onderwijs en het PO met vakbladen als TIB, Tijdschrift Intern Begeleiders en Passend Onderwijs Magazine. Daarnaast organiseert Instondo verschillende studiedagen en congressen (TH&MA Congres Hoger Onderwijs en de Week van de Intern Begeleider) en geeft Instondo boeken uit in de reeks TIBtools.
