Jessica Borchardt

With a background in HR spanning over two decades, Jessica has held various positions such as Senior Personalreferentin at Formart GmbH & Co. Jessica started their career as a Trainee in HR at RWE Rhein-Ruhr and holds a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. Jessica's experience includes managing HR teams, implementing strategic HR processes, recruitment, employee development, and budget management.
