Julie Edge, Ph.D. has a long and varied work experience. Julie began their career in 1996 as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University. In 1997, they joined Monsanto as a Scientific Liaison for Agriculture and Sustainable Development. In 1999, they moved to Fleishman-Hillard as Vice President and co-leader of their Global Biotechnology Practice Group. In 2002, they founded Inside Edge Solutions LLC, where they served as a Scientific Communications & Strategy Consultant. In 2004, they joined the board of Citizens Bank, N.A. (now Landmark Bank). In 2010, they became an Adjunct Professor and EMBA Executive Coach at the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis. In 2012, they were the Principal Investigator for The Co-Founders Project. In 2013, they co-founded Creelio, a content marketing technology startup company. In 2016, they became a Business Strategist and Small Business Owner Coach at Inside Edge Coaching & Consulting. Finally, in 2020, they joined InStore Design Display as their Fractional Strategy & Communications Officer.

Julie Edge, Ph.D. began their educational journey at John Burroughs School, where they completed their high school diploma. Julie then attended Bucknell University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Afterward, they attended George Mason University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Ecology, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Biology and Public Policy. In addition to their academic credentials, Julie Edge, Ph.D. has obtained several certifications, including Certified Equus Coach from the Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching in 2018, Certified Life Coach from Martha Beck, Inc. in 2017, Hogan Assessment Systems in 2011, and Keirsey Temperament Sorter in 2006.
